    So one vlan across all sites for the management lan or one management lan per site?

    What are the swings and round abouts?   What is "best practice"?

    If sites are fully isolated (L2), then having the same VLAN scheme for each of your sites sounds fine.

    It also depends a bit how complex your sites are; not sure if there is a single best practice, however sharing VLAN IDs (or VLAN Names) across different sites will make it easier to share policies that put clients in a specific VLAN.
