I need to set the AA to go into night mode for New Years Eve at 3PM instead of the usual 5 PM where is this chnage made?

The 2 routes below in red are the ones I beleive I need to modify - but how?

Customer will close Thursday at 3PM and Reopen Saturday 8 AM?

Can someone clear up my confusio with a way to set this up?

Unfortunately I missed this . Your change is not listed here as you must chnage the time for New Years in your route . Hope you got an answer prior to this .

Steve, I just went into business hours and changed them for that day... On Xmas eve, when I was here, I had someone force us close which effected the same...

But I'd like to build on that question.. It seems with such an advanced, self-programming system we should be able to sit here let's say two weeks before such an altered hours day and make this change... For that matter, we should be able to alter the auto attendant to direct to a different AA to announce that we are closed.. but each time this year, I did this manually on the day of... Any thoughts on a calendar scheduler for this system?
