    Is it possible to set NBX 100 to send out an e-mail alert when there is a trouble with PRI or analog line?

    You could use SNMP.. It can keep track of channels online/offline.

    A good description is in the NBX Admin Guide.

    I am sorry, cannot find anything on SNMP in the admin guide.

    Does that feature exist in release 4.3?

    SNMP does not exist in 4.3.... new feature in 6.0 release
