We have holiday greetings set up for Memorial Day, 4th of July etc. in our AA - TD Greetings. The problem is when I select a greeting - for example memorial day and I tell it to play on Time of Day and Date Range for a certain exisiting AA it will not play - it reverts to the standard day greeting.



What am I doing wrong?

The !> next to an AA means that AA has been modified and needs to be activated for the modifications to be applied. Click the check box next to the AA then click the Activate button above.



Until activated the AA will continue functioning per it's configuration prior to the modification. In fact, I have found that symbol will occasionally pop up even if you have made no real changes. Simply clicking on certain items in the AA configuration will trigger the need to Activate it.
