Is there a way to set up two different extensions with one shared voicemail box in NBX 100? Basically, I want assistant manager to be able to see and process voicemails of the manager.

If you share the password, the assistant manager can

go into any phone or netset and look at the managers voicemail..

for example, he could dial 500**.. that will ask you for the mailbox and password and he can listen to them. or he can log into netset using the managers password.



Another thing he can do is on his phone he can map a button on his phone to the manager phone. Use the "MWI for VM" and put in the managers extension. Then when the manager gets voicemail, this will light. He can then press that button and log in using the managers password.

The MWI for mapped button is a nice feature I did not know about.
