    Can't retrieve data from the NBX... What's up with this?

    Stuff: NBX V5000 R6_0_63; CDR 6_0_22; Windows 7, IE 8 installed.

    I reset my password for admin and general and acd call reporting to the same passwords (8digits).  After cofiguring the CDR Software when I attempt to retrieve data I get "Unable to connect to NBX Server (10.0.0.11), Invalid username or password reported by server"

    I got this from the NBossLog

    0524:151718:0269 CDR            E BillingServer::lPrepareCommonDataBuffer - Invalid duration: answer 0x4bfaecde end 0x4bfaecd9

    What am I doing wrong or what can I do to get this to rock and roll?

    Nick

    Install CDR 6.0.18. that is the version that is supported with NBX 6.0.x. You will still have to have the admin and billing password the same.

    CDR 6.0.22 runs with NBX 6.5.x since some changes in the NBX to fix issues with CDR.

    I have a similar issue, but in my case, all I get is a timeout when logging into the NBX, Call reporting 6.00.14) NBX software version , net set 6.00.63, the passwords and everything else are correct. If there is a higher version of the software available, where can we retrieve it from

    When setting your pwd , I always like to set the admin password and the  cdr pwd to 8 zero's to test with .

    Try this and see if it works by using the IP address of the NBX where it says  " youripaddress "  .

    http://youripaddress/htfs0/billing.txt?billing,00000000,2000,1,1

    If it fails then it looks like your password may be the issue ...
