  • 1.  NBX CDR R5

    I have a customer running a V3000 R5.0.31.  They wanted CDR but when I try to install CDR R5.0.5 I get an error saying "Your operating system is not supported with this application".  They are running 32-bit Vista.  I know I cannot run the R6 CDR, is there any other R5 CDR that can run on Vista?

    I am not sure if this informtion is needed, I double checked the OS and it is 32-bit Vista Business with only Service Pack 1.

    hi, No CDR R5.0 supports Vista.. the first supported version of Vista



    for CDR was CDR 6.0.17... sorry

    And of course since the CDR download formats are different between R5 and R6 they will have to upgrade the NBX or find an old XP computer to get CDR.
