I can repeat..! The problem is:
when we try retrive records from NBX, NBX Call Reports Software show this error Message:
"Error"
An error occurred while retrieving information from the NCP.
There may be a problem with your network connection
Error info:
We tryed the next
Purged all CDR records, retrieve records from NBX (No problem), after one day, when we try retrieve records again, NBX Call Reports Show error message.
Is complicated for us, because if everytime purge data we every day lost important data.
Please Help..!
