yes, supported when NBX in SIP mode only.

All you have to do is create a user, say x2000..  then make sure you go to the password administration

and reset the password.. this will reset it to the extension number.

When setting up the Polycom, make sure user and password is x2000.. then the Polycom will register

correctly.

My customer is not in sip mode and cannot change now.  What polycoms are supported?  is it just any analog unit?  Also my client wants to use the polycome remotely, is that possible with an analog terminal adapter?

What polycoms are supported in non-SIP mode? the only Polycom supported in non-SIP mode

was the Polycom SoundStation IP 3000 which is end of life.... this was a conferencing phone.

An analog terminal adapter can be used remotely... Any phone that you can plug into your analog line at home can be plugged into the analog terminal adapter. I don't think Polycom makes any of those phones however...maybe someone else can comment.
