Hi any one have any idea on what fields i need from the  data from the nbx to get the incoming calls for our reception only and our call centre?I know there is reports within the nbx but none that will give me what i am looking for.

in the call reporting software there is about 20 or so column headings

i want to be able to dump it into crystal and write both reports.

what version of code are you running ?

Hi version is         R 6.0.18

is there a newer version or is this  the latest version.

what feilds do I need to pull from the data base to import into crystal so I can get an accurate number of calls coming into the reception.

Check your msg'es on this forum as I sent you the column info . Also  , You should be running at least R6.0.63 code as this was our last releas ein 6.0 code .

Also check your cdr app as you should be the latest running on that as well .

just to clarify, is 6.0.18 your NBX software or CDR software? If it is the CDR software and you are running

NBX R6.0.x, then that is the latest.

If running NBX R6.5.x software, then you can upgrade CDR to 6.0.22

There is an Incoming call report where you can put in 1 extension. This is under the Standard reports, does

that not satifsy your need? you can input for the receptionist and run a report, then input for the hunt group and run a report.
