    Hello,

    Does anyone have the link to HP's Procurve 4000m/8000m fan assembly free replacement program page? I was just there a month ago and cannot find the link anywhere.

    I also have not received my 3 fans from last month, so I'm trying to figure out how long it normally takes them to ship.

    Cancel that! I found the link in an email from last month.

    Here it is for anyone not aware of this program, and I urge anyone with a 4000m or 8000m switch to schedule some down time to take apart the switch, fan assembly, power supplies and cards. It's amazing how much dust can get in there and in our case several of our switches are now running with no errors after the cleaning. amazing.
