Has anyone else experience a new behavior of the Captive Network Assistant (CNA) on iOS 9?
Specifically, if a captive portal's splash page requires a UX workflow that redirects to additional URLs, e.g. a T&C's page, username entry page, password entry page, etc. and this workflow takes longer than fifteen seconds, the CNA displays 'done' and the next URL redirect is displayed in Safari.
