At this point in time, there is a chance that some features are unavailable in New Central configuration. Based on questions that you have asked over time, using quite specific features, it may be better to wait till general availability. The way you configure your network is different between classic and new Central, so you may need to change your configuration design/habits.
Unless you have a local SE that you can work with, and get the missing features reported so they can be added, or you have specific use cases where the new configuration model would help, I would leave new Central configuration where it is for now.

Subject: New Central and missing features...
I have asked to enable new central with edit features in our testing workspace so that we can evaluate features there...
Do I understand right that there might be restrictions still in different features to use or is this going to be non-existing feature in new Central (Which might render Central to be pretty much useless to our use then)?

it is best to work with your local Aruba SE as this is still allow-listed feature.
