New Central – Email alerting missing? Only Webhook available

    Hi everyone,

    In Classic (Old) Aruba Central, when configuring alert notifications or closing an alert, there was an option to send the alert by email directly from Central.

    In the New Aruba Central, under Notification Rules, I only see Webhook as a delivery option. I cannot find any way to enable email notifications anymore. I have checked the new sections and I don't see any email configuration anywhere.

    Does anyone know if email alerting is still supported in the New Central UI?
    Has this feature been moved to another location, or is Aruba still in the process of migrating it?
    Or is Webhook the only alert delivery method now in New Central?

    Any clarification would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi,

    I checked our internal Central system, and the email notification feature is not available in the current release. I am not sure when it will be included. I would recommend following up with your Aruba account system engineer for information on potential feature availability.
