  • 1.  New Central how to add special configurations and bug reporting...

    Posted Dec 01, 2025 12:38 AM

    Hello,

New Central is now alive and it looks quite okay but features are bit behind what it should.

While MultiEdit is now gone from new central, how can I inject configurations which are absent in new central (like PTP configurations) to masses of devices?
With console and support mode for sure but doing that 50 times start to sound not-so-good..

Couple of months ago I heard briefly about feature called "Snippet" (or something like that) which should do one-way injection of config data but cannot find such feature from web ui.
Is there any information about planned features to check out whats planned and about when

Also while I have noted few "bugs" there in reporting, is there direct way to report those bugs without using tac process?

various features will be added over time, you can check Central Online  release notes and every month there are new enhancements and features.

for upcoming features, it is best to reach out to your local HPE Networking SE representative.

Also you can refer to the Get Started section.

I also wonder about this topic.

New Central being ''API first'' seems to be an approach. This can be hard if you're not into NetOps development.

For bugs I beleive TAC needs to be involved.
