    RHEL does support nic teaming, I believe it is built in to the OS.

    Yes, RHEL 4 supports bonding.

    You can also download a utility we provide called "HPQnim". This utility provides a menu driven way of configuring NICs, NIC bonding, and VLANs under Linux.
