  • 1.  not able to move between groups

    Hello ,

    My customer has a IAP cluster of 10 nodes with one node as preferred conductor . They preprovisioned the cluster .

    And then added to Aruba Central .  It went to unprovisioned group which is UI based .

    i cant change the group of the cluster now to Template based . Is it normal . Do i have to do something on conductor ?

    Whenever is try to add group 
    it shows

    Group will use following settings
    • ArubaOS 8 architecture
    • Campus/Branch access points
    • UI Group
    How can i make the template based for this cluster ?

    When i click on Access point (VC) and import group , it only shows UI based not Template based​

    here you create a Group and you check the "configure using template"
