  • 1.  Notification Port-security port

    Hi,

    is it possible to receive an email notification whenever a port violates port security? I configured a trap but I only get the notification of the switch where the event happened and not the indication of the port.

    I have a network with about 40 aruba 2540 and an IMC 7.3 controller (E0703)

    Let me check about it .

    Ideally It should generate alarms related to port also but let me check about it in details and will get back to you

    Hi All

     

    Ideally it should generate alarms related to port security.

    There are lot of enhancement going on IMC  and it will be preferrable to log a case with HPE  for it.

    In your case there can be some issue and needs to be checked in details with the logs
