We're pleased to announce the official availability of CIS‑CAT Pro Assessor support for HPE ANW CX switches.

Why this matters -

• Automated validation of AOS-CX configurations against CIS Benchmark
• Faster audit readiness with consistent, repeatable assessments
• Actionable pass/fail reports with remediation guidance
• Reduced manual effort and improved security posture

What is included in this release –

• The CIS-CAT Pro integration for AOS-CX has been developed in phases. In the current phase, around 50% of CIS automatable hardening controls from the AOS-CX CIS Benchmark are automated and available for assessment. The remaining controls will be automated incrementally, based on customer demand and specific use cases, and can be tailored to customer environments as needed.
• Currently, CIS-CAT Pro supports offline assessment of network devices by allowing users to upload the configuration file of the device under evaluation. This feature has been incorporated based on the feedback received from various network vendors.
