TAC should have an opinion about why that is happening. We do not have any of the details of your configuration, so I am not sure we can guess on here. If TAC cannot solve your problem, you have the option to escalate the ticket.

Hi,
I have two different RAPs solution 303 and 535. When I connect my Cisco phone via wired port on the 303 everything works fine, but when I connect the phone via eth1 on the 535 I get one way audio. Any idea why is they? Both RAPs has the same profile configuration on the controllers.
