Onguard client loading slow on user login

    Hi Guys,

     

    this could be a simple question asked before, but i could not find any result with it.

    My users computers are loading the onguard in between 30 to 60 sec later after the user has login, and after that a webauth will happen and send them from quarantine to production vlan.

     

    So, visually they will not be able to access anything before this happen. Am i missing something? or this is how fast onguard load and work?

    It is affecting the users experences . 

     

    any kind advise will be appreciated.

    We configured the onguard agent to run as a service. I don't know if it's a prefect solution but it's working in our network.
