what version of ClearPass are you running? see if using agent enforcement work.

Subject: OnGuard health check interval setting
Hi all. Currently our OnGuard plugin is set to do a health check every 10 hours due to an application we use that has to stay connected during the day. I'd like to change that to something more reasonable but so far I'm having no luck. In the OnGuard Agent settings/Global agent settings I set the health check to the new time interval and it doesn't appear to have done anything. Logs for OnGuard on my machine still show a ten hour check time. I uninstalled and reinstalled it from the link on the installers page and it's still not changing the time interval.
Is there something I'm missing? Is there another setting that would influence the check schedule? I can't see anything obvious.
