I have an NBX V3000. Right now my phone system is configured to show our main number when any phone dials out.. How do I bypass some on the phones to show their number instead of the office main number? my config file is below...

The only way you can change the outbound CID is if you have a PRI and the phone company release CID control to you (the phone system).  Once you have that you can modify the CID on a phone by phone bases in the dial plan.
