You will notice in my.procurve your install ID's does not match your current install id.

The license key is locked to an Installation ID. The Installation Identifier is obtained after the original installation takes place. It is unique to each install and must be reset if there is a change from the original hardware. This requires a call to ProCurve Support for the engineer to release the Installation Identifier from the original hardware, which will allow new hardware to be attached to the Installation Identifier.
