    Hi,

What is the configuration of your interfaces (Gi1/0/3, 9 and 10)?

NB: You might want to look at your clock on your switch. (The log-entries your posted "(%Jan 21 20:45:12:633 2013 10.171.9.104 POE/1/PSE...)" are either very old or your clock is wrong.

    Regards

    Hi,

The config of the interface 3, 9 and 10 is the same :

    port access vlan 163
    mdix-mode mdix
    stp edged-port
    poe enable

For the clock is wrong I have correct it.

    Thank you very much

    Hi,

Why have you forced the MDIX-mode to MDIX?

Unless you have problems with the autoMDIX mode and know what cables and what mode the peer uses, I would strongly suggest you to go with the default, which is auto.

mdix-mode automdix  (or equivalent undo mdix-mode mdix)
