I'm working on a lab where I'm testing MAC port security for learning purposes, but I don't understand why the port is up yet not functioning. My port is in learn mode with a limit of 1. First, I connect the correct PC, and then a wrong one. A violation occurs as expected, but afterwards, even if I reconnect the correct device, it no longer works because of the violation.
Also, when I remove the security configuration, the violation counter doesn't reset to zero.
What is the correct configuration so that the authorized MAC address will work again even after a violation?
