    Hi everyone,

I have a problem with access points, I currently have about 10 IAP-205 (AOS 6.5.4.16) with one virtual controller. All IAPs are added to AMP (Airwave) and can be managed from this platform.

The problem is that you can no longer buy the IAP-205, so I bought an ARUBA AP-303 access point. AP-303 does not join the already existing cluster - a virtual controller, and I do not see in the logs in airwave that he would try to join it.
I would like to log in to AP-303 via CLI or WEB but unfortunately login / pass "admin" does not work. I also tried to use my VC passwords but it also doesn't work. I did some research on the internet but unfortunately there is not much information.

Can I cluster these access points?
What is the login / password for AP-303?
Why is it not connecting to AMP?

Thank you in advance for your advice

Default IAP username/password is  'admin'. Are you managing IAPs using IGC or Template mode?

Make sure new IAP have same firmware version as existing cluster and auto join mode is also enabled in VC, so that new device automatically join to the cluster.

Have you tried user: admin password:serial# for login. The mixed ap models should cluster when they are running on the same Instant OS version. Also check to see if you have auto-join turned on in your VC.

The IAP-205s do not support 8.3.0.0 and above so they cannot be clustered with AP-303s:
