Problem when configuring static power and channel on IAP

    Hi guys,

     

    I have a cluster of 2 IAPs, one of them have ARM enabled and hence the power and channel are dynamically assigned. But I have statically assigned the power and channel to the other one, but the final assignments don't matched with those I assigned. This is what I assigned:

    And this is the result:

    In the 2.4GHz band the channel is correct but the power is less than I assigned. In the 5GHz is the opposite, the channel changes constantly but the power matches what I assigned.

    Do you know where is the problem?

    Hi everybody,

     

    The previous test was made on an IAP-365. Now I have tested the same on an IAP-325 and the channel and power settings in the 2.4 GHz band matches what I assigned. In the 5 GHz band the power matches though the channel keeps changing. Maybe is the IAP-365 faulty or is there other thing to take into account?
