Procedure to downgrade to AOS 8 9004 GW shipped from factory with AOS 10

    Hello,

    I haven't found any detailed procedure to downgrade to AOS 8.12 an 9004 GW that is shipped from factory with AOS 10.X.

    Another topic that worries me is that it seems that those GW doesn't have a CPBoot to help copy the ASO 8 FW to flash (from USB or TFTP).

    As I haven't the GW in front of me I really need some more infos about the method of conversion.

    It should be noted that my customer haven't any access to Central, then any procedures from Central are out of scope.

    Boot the gateway, when the gateway comes to the setup script choose full-setup and provide information.  Once the gateway has rebooted, upgrade/downgrade software as per usual.  Erase the configuration prior to reboot for new software, controller will present setup script again on first boot.
