Procurve 3500yl-24G switch: status POE flashing orange

    The status POE light on our Procurve 3500yl-24G switch is flashing orange.  Does anyone know what this means and if we need to be concerned? How do we get it to stop flashing ?

     

    We are not using POE so if this feature can be disabled, that would be great.

     

    Any information is appreciated.
