procurve switch 2610-24  j9085a

this switch was working fine and suddenly stopped working and stuck all the LEDs on and also falut led
Try to reset using the reset key, but nothing happens
Then conect the console Caleb and try to find out what happened but do not work too
Putty does not give anything similar if the switch is offline
Anyone with an idea

Hi Mate,

Can you try to reset to factory defaults?

You must press and hold reset and clear button in the same time, after 2-3 seconds release reset and keep hold clear till 'test' led will start flashing, once when you will see release clear button as well. If image is corrupted reset to factory should help, unfortunately you will lost all settings.
