I have our routers send DHCP request to ClearPass, but there are some with static IP addresses. What would be the best way to profile those?
Have to say I'm bit disappointed at Aruba manuals as they're mainly "To add WMI account, click 'add WMI account'" and "to save settings click 'save settings'" but the manuals don't really explain how that works.
There are multiple options like sFlow, NMAP scans, WMI scans etc but how would I enable those and which of these would be useful to get more information?
Also is there a place to see if ClearPass did in fact get something out of sFlow/NMAP? I mean to see if those helped or if the profiling was made by looking at DHCP requests
