Hi, good morning. I have an optic fiber router who provides me internet. But, it´s lan port do not have a default gateway configuration. So, any computer in my lan who resides in another vlan cannot access the optic fiber router. The question is: is there any solution (like proxy arp) on Hp switch 1920 series? Mine is JG925A.

You need to either:
1/ Configure the router with routes for each internal subnet
2/ Put everything onto the subnet the router has an IP address in
3/ Configure NAT or proxying on a device that is in the router's subnet and devices in other subnets can use that

All you said I already did in my switch. Everything works great and I do not need to configure the routes for each vlan subnet: the switch make the routes automatically (protocol "direct" and priority "0").

I can´t ping my internet router (ip 192.168.5.1) located on vlan 5 (vlan ip 192.168.5.1) from my computer located on vlan 6, only because my internet router do not have gateway on it´s lan port. Check the photo:

So do I need to put a proxy between my internet router and my switch?

The router doesn't need a gateway, it needs routes, one for each "internal" subnet, pointing at 192.168.5.3
