From the specifications of the 2930F (link

    40G 8 HPE Smart Rate PoE+ 1-slot Switch (JL323A):

    • 36 Autosensing 10/100/1000 ports (IEEE 802.3 Type 10BASE-T, IEEE 802.3u Type 100BASETX, IEEE 802.3ab Type 1000Base-T PoE+)
    • 8 802.3bz 1/2.5/5 and 10GBASE-T copper PoE+ ports
    • 4 Combo 10/100/1000BASE-T or 100/1000 Mbps SFP Ports

The built-in SFP ports are normal SFP, so up to 1000 Mbps only. For 10G you need SFP+, which is not available in the 2930M in the chassis.
However, the modularity of the 2930M support an uplink module where you can fit in the JL083A 4SFP+ MACsec Module, that adds 4 SFP+ slots to the switch, or the JL078A (1QSFP+ 40 GbE), or a 4 port Smart Rate JL081A to run your uplinks over copper cable if lengths and existing (or new) cabling allow you to.

Alternatively, you could have a look at the 6300M product line which has similar properties with ArubaOS-CX and built-in SFP56 (50Gbps) uplink modules.

Your Aruba partner or local Aruba sales team can assist you to select the right fit switch.

**EDIT - Ah, Herman is too quick!

If will support 4x 10G via SFP+ if you add the Aruba 3810M/2930M 4SFP+ MACsec Module (JL083A). A standard 2930M (JL323A) without the Module has the following (inc Smart Rate).

    40G 8 HPE Smart Rate PoE+ 1-slot Switch (JL323A):

    36 Autosensing 10/100/1000 ports (IEEE 802.3 Type 10BASE-T, IEEE 802.3u Type 100BASETX, IEEE 802.3ab Type 1000Base-T PoE+)
    8 802.3bz 1/2.5/5 and 10GBASE-T copper PoE+ ports
4 Combo 10/100/1000BASE-T or 100/1000 Mbps SFP Ports
