After you selected the Major version in the Consolidated release notes, you must select the minor version. To do this, click on the all versions button. After selecting the specific software release, the details are displayed.

This seems like a really stupid question, but where are the real release notes now? All links to release notes in the downloads section refer you to an HTML page which is the "Consolidated release notes" page and this allows you to select the version you are interested in, but then only shows you a summary page showing compatability and what hardware it applies to - there are no actual release notes available telling you what has changed, what has been fixed etc.
