What is the function/type of that certificate? The example is for the RADIUS certificate, but the HTTPS certificate (which can be RSA and/or ECC) is a different one. HTTPS should be a public trusted certificate, at least if you use guest or onboarding on ClearPass. If not using either Onboard or Guest, self-signed may be acceptable. The RADIUS EAP certificate should signed by your private internal CA in most cases.
If you are unsure which certificate to renew and if it needs to be self-signed/private-signed/public-signed, it may be recommended to ask help from your Aruba partner or Aruba support. Certificates have shown to be complicated for people that are not using them regularly, and you can seriously break your deployment or break the security if you take the wrong choices.
