Wireless Access

I have a HP NX7000 business notebook. I replaced its dead motherboard with a used one that I bought on e-bay. The part number is the same. Only that when i used the detection tool on HP site it recognizes it as Compaq Presario X1015US Notebook. Does it matter? Is there a way to correct it?

The MOB you bought is what it is. No changing that.
YOu can verify what it actually is with Sandra. A free software that will tell you all about your PC.
