Hi Guys,
i just want to setup a recovery procedure for the MM/VMC/MC running on VMware. As i noticed in the beginning of 8.0 my collegue did a restore job on a mm and it came up with a new Serial/Passphrase and all of my Licences are out of function. Is there any official way to prevent the backup from generating new Codes especially in VMware enviroment. Maybe i need to know what causes the System to generate a new Serial/Passphrase. I think it uses the MACs ?
