Just follow the hard disk resize instructions in the Virtual Appliance Installation Guide.

Basic overview:

1. Apply new resources, add new storage
2. Allow VM to fully boot, AOS will transfer data to new drive
3. Validate new storage is functioning
4. Remove old storage

so you're saying i DON'T need a new VM ?

Just add change CPUs', change MEM size and add new Hard Disk resources ?

Correct.  The VA will determine operating level at boot based on CPU and RAM assigned, the user is responsible for making sure that the storage is configured and operating correctly.
