(step 1) **-- Start the switch and delete all the files (config, image and boot)

NOTE: you need the app TERA TERM5 to upload, using the serial port (usb to serial cable) to Console port
Set the Serial to: Speed: 38400, Data: 8 bit, Parity: None, Stop Bits: 1 bit, Flow Control: None
Pay attention in this process and follow the strict procedures

NOTE: Back to Tera Term and set the speed to 115200.
Go to File/Transfer/XMODEM/Send.
Select the file 1950_12XGT-CMW710-R5106P06.bin (Important detail: after you download and unzip, the file is 1950_12XGT-CMW710-R5106P06.ipe RENAME IT TO .bin)
Mark the Option ()1K
Click Open
The process will take aprox 2 hours to finish
