I have 6 Aruba 505 APs, 1 master, 5 slaves. I have 2 SSIDs set up, 1 is using the default dhcp scope, roaming works just fine between all the APs with that SSID.

The 2nd network is set with the Local DHCP scope "TestGuest", clients can connect to that SSID only when near the master AP, but when you go to the other APs you can see the SSID but when trying to connect it gets stuck at obtaining IP address.

Anyone know how to fix this?

    Settings are in attachment.

is the VLAN14 added to the switch port trunk  configuration for the other IAPs?

All 6 APs are on the same VLAN in the cisco switch, it is not VLAN 14 though.
