This can be many things. Upgrading the AP and client WiFi driver may be a good start to exclude many things. There are known issues with earlier (Intel) WLAN drivers and 802.11ax.
Disabling 802.11r (Fast Roaming) on the SSID may help as well for this problem.
Otherwise, best to work with your Aruba partner or Aruba Support as many things could affect this, including too high power for your AP and/or too many APs.

Subject: Roaming problem IAP505 - Intel AX200
Hello everyone,
I'm writing to you about a problem we're currently experiencing with our recently installed IAP505 cluster. We have a dozen terminals in our building to cover the entire area.
For several months now, some of our users and I have been experiencing problems on the Wifi network. In fact, we've been noticing very regular wifi losses (at least every minute) lasting just a few seconds.
After checking the cluster dashboard, I realized that the machines affected by this problem were changing terminals very frequently, in certain areas of the building (e.g.: the PC connects to a terminal on our floor, then connects to the terminal on the floor below, then to another, then back to our floor. All this without moving the PC).
I tried changing the configuration of my wifi card by setting roaming to its lowest level. Unfortunately, this doesn't work. I've also had my PC's wifi card replaced by the manufacturer, but it's still the same. For the record, the model of wifi card affected is the Intel AX200.
So I'd like to know if any of you have already encountered this problem?
If so, I'd love to hear from you.
Thank you and have a nice day!
Sincerely
Mat
