Should s1500 12 P does any noise?

It does a small annoying noise like whistle.  

I have installed others s1500 and i dont remenber hearing that... and this s1500 goes near someone... which i bealive it will be annoying for that user.    I was looking at the datasheet and it says noise 0dB

Is this normal?????

There have been a few isolated reports of a slight hum when connected to 220V circuits when PoE is not in use. We analyzed it and determined it was not service affecting. Once you put an AP or phone on the device, it should go away.

I just connected an AP to a switch 12p i got here and the hum dissapear!!!!
