Selective ringing for hunt group calls

    When we go into the selective ringing settings on the phones page, selecting a different ring for each hunt group does not save. Is there another way to edit this setting? Or is this a bug? -VCX 9.8

    Hi wildbillcody,

     

    I believe this is a browser issue. It seems to save correctly using Mozilla Firefox 5.0. If you are using Internet Explorer 8.0 or 9.0, there are known issues with those browser versions and the VCX web interfaces on multiple VCX versions. The workaround is to either use a different browser or enable Compatibility View in Internet Explorer.
