  • 1.  Setting up email alerts IMC version 7.3

    Hi there,

    I am trying to set up email notification for critical alarm events, however I cannot find how too,. In other discussions is says;

    Go to System -> System Configuration -> Mail Server Settings.(Mail Server Setting does not exist on mine)

    Also, version 7.3..Under System Configuration there are a few options none related to Mail Serrver Setting.

    Any help much appreciated.

    Check in the Admin Guide for "SMTP."

    v7.3 admin guide says this:

    1. Navigate to System > Mail Server Settings:

      • Click the System tab from the top tabular navigation system.

      • Click Mail Server Settings located in the lower right corner of the System Configuration section of the System page.

      The page updates to display the Mail Server Settings page.

    However that option is not there for me.

    Post some screenshots of your system config settings.

    Looks like maybe you're not an admin user?
