  • 1.  Show AP association and shpw datapath station command output are empty

    Dear all,

i am running AOS 8.10.0.14 and there are some tunnel and bridge mode SSIDs are configured.

i am trying to send output of below commads to TAC , but no output is there , TAC says there should be an output , i can the outputs only for the Tunnel SSID users . for them both commds gives an output.  i checked the same with my lab scenario as well, but the same result.

Anyone has tried this in brodge mode, or this commds is not applicable for bridge modes?

"show AP association" should not be empty, as long as you are on the controller that the APs are terminated on.

"show datapath session ap-name <name of AP>" might give you what you need.

tried with more specific commands using AP name, IP address, user mac  and so on, but no result , if i change the same back to tunnel mode ,yes i could see the results as expected. Is that possible to show the output in bridge mode since the datapath is not visible to the controller end to end like in tunnel mode ?

Please continue to troubleshoot with TAC.  The fact that there is no output to "show ap association" indicates that something is not right.
