  • 1.  Show offline APs with instant cluster?

I have a IAP cluster with around 25 APs. Everything is working great. However some times accesspoints go down for various resons, power outage, bad poe-adapter, bad cabling or it gets accidentaly unplugged.

When this happens it disappears from the instant web admin interface. Is there any way to keep down/offline aps in the list, even if they are down, or some other way of easily seeing missing or down aps?

Hey, you can determine the up/down state of the IAP cluster with Airwave. It is not visible in the IAP GUI or CLI. This will show you all the info. Failing that you could configure a syslog server and then have a external application to alert you when a specific snmp trap is seen.

    Hi,

Please check the Alert section under monitoring tab on Instant UI to see if it helps.
