Switch model 1930 managed in the Aruba instanton cloud. On some ports, the controller connects and responds. On some ports, the cables are not. They have been tested to be completely normal and all the ports on the controllers are in VLAN management.

I have network controllers on my network to control turning lighting on and off. All controllers are connected to VLAN management. Some work and communicate, and some don't. Sometimes I switch to a different port on the switch and the controller does work, and sometimes I don't. I notice that the controller appears at 10 megabits and a half duplex. What could be the problem?
