Hi there,

We have a good few HPE switches in our environment and now we are looking to get IMC in our environment to manage the network. My question is; when IMC is installed will that configure the SNMP settings or will I need to configure the SNMP settings for IMC on the switch prior to IMC install etc. We have SNMP settings configured for another monitoring tool which will also be utilised. So just looking for some guidence if possible?

You can add snmp configuration into switch after imc installation as well.

You need to match snmp version, read, write string into imc and same need to be in switch.
