Which OID you do not see exactly?
Have you checked it in the latest Comware MIBs?
For example for 5130 EI you can find the MIBs on the below link:

From the file „HPE 5130EI Comware 7 MIB Companion” you can find a CPU related OID like .1.3.6.1.4.1.25506.2.6.1.1.1.1.6.
From the file “Quick reference of HPE MIB objects description.txt” you will find more details for the corresponding OID.
I have tested on our 5130EI device with default SNMP settings and I see response for the OIDs.
